I’m not able to watch the videos on my laptop. What can I do?
If you’re using Safari there’s a very easy fix to this issue. Click on Safari on the top menu bar => selecting Preferences => selecting Privacy => turning off the “prevent cross-site tracking” item. You will then need to restart your computer and re-open Safari. After that all videos should play just fine.

I’m not able to watch the videos on my smartphone. What can I do?
If you find some videos aren’t playing on Safari it is because of an issue with their system, and we haven’t gotten to the bottom of this yet. You can still view or courses with no issues using the Google Chrome app or by jumping on your computer.
