Video Q&A's

I’m not able to watch the videos on my laptop. What can I do?
Im not able to watch the videos on my laptop. What can I do?If you’re using Safari there’s a very easy fix to this issue. Click on Safari on the top menu bar => selecting Preferences => selecting Privacy => turning off the “prevent cross-site tracking” item. You will then need to restart your computer and re-open Safari. After that all videos should play just fine.
There is a screen recording of my screen showing this process in case you need it.  Click here to view a video. If you’re having issues when using other browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer please contact our team.

I’m not able to watch the videos on my smartphone. What can I do?
If you find some videos aren’t playing on Safari it is because of an issue with their system, and we haven’t gotten to the bottom of this yet. You can still view our courses with no issues using the Google Chrome app or by jumping on your computer.

I’m not able to watch the videos on fullscreen on Google Chrome. What can I do?

Unfortunately, Google Chrome does not support full-screen for videos hosted by Vimeo. They have been notified about this issue but we haven’t had a reply. All other browsers support the full-screen function for Vimeo videos.

Where is the Database?
The database refers to all of the supporting information for each workshop. So it might be links, written information, forms to print out, additional videos etc etc depending which workshop you are doing. You’ll find that supporting information under each episode. It’s not a spreadsheet-type database. If you can’t find it please email [email protected]
